Questions, answered
How accurate are the identifications?
Brotia gives a fast AI-based estimate of the species, likely problems and care from your photo. It is guidance, not a botanical certainty: results include a confidence level and you can always double-check before acting. Brotia is not a substitute for professional horticultural or plant-health advice.
What if the photo is not a plant?
If Brotia cannot confidently identify a plant, it tells you and still offers general care guidance where it can. For best results, take a clear, well-lit photo of the leaves or the whole plant.
What is Brotia Premium?
A monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited identifications, care reminders, the AI plant coach and an unlimited synced collection. You can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account Settings; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Can I delete my plant photos and data?
Yes. You can delete any plant (and its photo) from your collection, and you can delete your whole account and all your data in the app under Settings → Delete account. This works for both anonymous and Sign in with Apple accounts. You can also email support@crawlsense.ai and we will delete your data within 30 days.
