Manage or cancel your subscription

Brotia Premium is billed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Brotia to change or cancel your plan. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Delete your data

You can delete any plant and its photo from your collection, and you can delete your account and all associated data in the app under Settings → Delete account. This works for both anonymous and Sign in with Apple accounts. Prefer that we do it? Email support@crawlsense.ai from your account address and we will delete your data within 30 days.

How identification and your photos work

When you identify or diagnose a plant, your photo and any text description are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to identify the species, detect problems and suggest care. Under our agreement, this data is not used to train AI models. Plants you save are stored on Google Cloud in the European Union, and you can delete any plant photo or your whole account at any time. Frequently asked questions

How accurate are the identifications?

Brotia gives a fast AI-based estimate of the species, likely problems and care from your photo. It is guidance, not a botanical certainty: results include a confidence level and you can always double-check before acting. Brotia is not a substitute for professional horticultural or plant-health advice.

What if the photo is not a plant?

If Brotia cannot confidently identify a plant, it tells you and still offers general care guidance where it can. For best results, take a clear, well-lit photo of the leaves or the whole plant.

What is Brotia Premium?

A monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited identifications, care reminders, the AI plant coach and an unlimited synced collection. You can cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?
